             20 Fluterkicks, Hello dollies, Leg Lifts

             Deadlift 3x3  135 lbs [+20]
                           1x5  185 lbs [+20]

             BB Lunges 2x7reps  95 lbs

             Calf Raises 2x17    220 lbs

             1x10 Back Ext.
             4x30 Sit-ups
