Sunday 9/30/12

First Post

So a friend of mine suggest I start keeping track of my workouts/progress so I can get stronger, faster, etc. Here was my workout for today:

Time: 1530 - 1700

Workout: Practiced Breast and Side-Stroke in pool. Been a long time since I've done laps with these strokes so I took it easy.

Estimated laps: 30, not timed.
