Swim:  50 yd Breast (Warm-up)
             500 yd Breast Stroke - 14:10
             50 yd Combat Side-Stroke (Cool-Down)

Gym:  Leg/Core Circuit X 2
               15 Squat;                   100 lbs,  95 lbs
               30 Lunges;                   40 lbs,  20 lbs
               20 Leg Curls;               20 lbs, 20 lbs
               15 Deadlift Dumbells;  40 lbs,  20 lbs
               20 Leg Extrensions;     65 lbs,  65 lbs

          Abs 3 mins
               1 min Flutter-kicks
               1 min Leg Lifts
               1 min Sit-ups

*Not happy about swim times. Didn't have lane to myself, hindered some strokes.
